(1) The local body shall prepare the conditions for procurement of consulting services including the following:-
(a) background and purpose of the work to be done by the consultant,
(b) The area of ​​work of the consultant and the work to be performed by him,
(c) Details of work-related studies and basic data, if available (d) If the consultant has to transfer any knowledge or skills to the local body, details of the same (e) If training is to be provided, the number of employees to be trained,
(f) the work and qualifications of the consultant's main manpower and the estimated time required for the work to be done by him. (g) The time at which the consultant shall commence and complete the work,
(h) information to be provided by the local body to the consultant, description of physical facilities, equipment, and
(i) Details of reports, data sheets, maps, survey reports etc. to be submitted by the consultant.
